Public project to revitalise the historic centre of Ponte de Sor on three fronts: the alteration and extension of the Municipal Market, the redesign and pedestrianisation of Praça da República, and the design of Parque da Fonte, where the City Park ends, next to the bridge.
The market, the square and the riverside garden now work as a single public space, used day and night for terraces, the market and events. The project was presented to the public in an exhibition before construction.
In 2021 it won 1st Prize in the Urban Design and Public Space category of the Expresso / SIC Notícias Real Estate Awards.
